Giant Wall Decoration by Marie De Keyser.1960's



This stunning ceramic wall decoration made to measure by Belgian artist Marie De Keyser (1899-1971) somewhere in the late 50's or early 60's, was hanging in a convent near Ghent.
Because of the size (width 104 cm!) the work had to be made in 3 parts.
Great vivid colours and glaze.Nearly perfect condition.Signed MDK.
De Keyser was a student of Belgian sculptor Geo Verbanck.

Oswald Tieberghien # 2




Very nice wall decoration by Oswald Tieberghien. Mother with child.1960's
Glazed ceramic in strong yet subtle colours.Lenght : about 50 cm.In perfect condition.
Signed on the back.
Oswald Tieberghien (born 1936) is a Belgian artist who started his own ceramic studio in Eeklo in 1955.
The studio is still active today.

Hannie Mein. Dutch Ceramics.1970's




Our new discovery : Hannie Mein "Ceramobiles"
She studied at the Rietveld Academy and started her own studio in 1956.These mobiles are presumably from the 70's
The original leather ropes for hanging are missing, but these objects were ment to hang.
In perfect condition, no chips nore cracks. Signed.

Lita Cantilevered Table Light. France 1960's




Beautiful table lamp produced by Lita somewhere in the 60's.
White laquered metal "openwork" cylinder with a heavy weight at the base inside for cantilevered effect.Cut-outs for nice lightplay.With classic adjustable bulb inside.
Maybe inspired by Serge Mouille's "Slits" series?
